THE COMPLETE SPORTING EXPERIENCE IN DEVON
A DAY AT THE ENDSLEIGH SHOOT
While there is possibly no such thing as a "typical" day we always have a game plan. Elements such as the weather, wind direction or a specific request from the team mean that plans through the day will on occasions change. If a weather front is approaching the team may choose to "shoot through" and be safely in the warm and dry of the hotel before the skies open or the wind direction on a particular day will work better for one drive over one that was planned. However the general format of a day with us is:
8:30am
Meet at the Hotel Endsleigh in the covered courtyard for breakfast and to meet the team.
9:30am
Following a safety briefing and the drawing of pegs we head off for the first drive. Please note that while we do not use a Gun Bus the tracks around the estate are well maintained gravel and can be accesses by "most" cars. If you would prefer not to drive we will pair you up with other guns or shoot staff.
10:15
The first drive.
Often one of our favourites just below the hotel we ease you into the day with birds driven from Devon to Cornwall.
11:00am
A pause for thought, & catch your breath.
11:30
The second drive.
As you travel around the estate you will spend the majority of the day on private tracks requiring only a short walk to your peg.

Time to take on fuel either in the field or back at the hotel should the weather be "inclement"

Your warm, fed and hydrated so now its time to up the anti!

Your final drive will leave you hot, tired and with lighter cartridge bags!

Time for Tea and Medals!
We head back to the Hotel Endsleigh to change our boots, warm up in front the fire, discuss the ones you had (and perhaps the ones you missed) before a post match dinner in the hotel.
The above is a "Typical" day but can be tailored to your specific needs and bag size etc. Most things are possible, just ask.
